Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
